How do we receive the pictures?
All images are supplied as jpg images, 12”x8” in size and at 300 DPI. The images are fully edited, colour corrected and supplied in both colour and black & white on a DVD. Photographs can also be emailed, if required.

Will I own the copyright of the photographs?
No, all copyright remains the property of Scott Ramsey Photography. Instead the pictures are licensed to you or your company. Our standard license covers unlimited, non-exclusive use for press releases, web-sites, handouts, internal company newsletters or magazines, brochures, leaflets and display prints on company premises.

What area do you cover and do you charge a travelling fee?
Scott covers the UK and is happy to travel abroad. He regularly works in Surrey, Sussex, London, Kent and Hampshire. Travel of up to 50 miles from his office (BN16 1EP) is included in his wedding photography prices. A £50.00 travel charge applies to cover a wedding in London. If your wedding location is over 50 miles from Scott’s office or abroad then travel expenses will be charged. Please contact Scott to find out more.

What happens if the shoot over runs?
If the shoot overruns Scott will always try and stay and complete the shoot. An extra fifteen minutes will be absorbed but longer than this will be charged at an additional £150. If it is not possible for Scott to stay, a further shoot may have to be arranged and will be charged at normal rates.

What happens if the shoot has to be canceled?
Any expenses already incurred (for example, pre-booked hotel room) will be charged to you at cost. No other charges will be payable if we are notified more than 3 days before the shoot. If you notify us at least 24 hours before the shoot begins and rebook the shoot with us, there will be no additional charges. If you notify us at least 24 hours before the shoot begins and the shoot is not rebooked with us then 50% of the quote will be charged. If you notify us less than 24 hours before the shoot begins and rebook the shoot with us then 50% of the quote will be charged. The rebooked shoot will be charged at the normal rates. If you notify us less than 24 hours before the shoot begins and the shoot is not rebooked with us then 100% of the quote will be charged.
