How do I view the photographs after the shoot?
After the shoot the images are fully processed and uploaded onto you vary own password protected website.

Can I order additional prints?
Yes, extra prints, canvases etc. can be ordered via your password protected website. See “Products” for more details.

Can I upgrade the size of the print included in the package?
Yes, contact us for further details.

What about the quality of your prints?
All print orders are processed via a professional lab who offer a print guarantee.

Will I definitely be able to book you for my chosen date?
If you have a specific date in mind, please contact us to check before booking.

What area do you cover and do you charge a travelling fee?
I cover the whole UK and abroad if required. Travel of up to 50 miles from my office (BN16 1EP) is included. Additional miles will be charged at 44p per mile. Journeys into central London will incur an additional charge of £50. Journeys of more than 100 miles from my office will also be charged at £10 per hour in addition to the mileage charge. Travel abroad to be negotiated.

The portrait shoot is a gift for someone, can I get a gift voucher?
Yes, photography gift vouchers can be provided and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers used after the year has expired may be charged an additional fee to match the current portrait rates.

I’m interested in the “A Day In Your Life” photography shoot. How does it work?
First we choose an activity, something to base the day around. For example, you could be going to the zoo, the beach, horse-riding, camping or sailing. The important thing is the day needs to be planned with a start, middle and end. I will then join you on the chosen day and create my photographs. After the pictures have been edited you choose a selection to be printed into your very own photographic book.
