My PR photography fees are calculated according to usage of the pictures. Copyright always remains the property of the photographer.
The rates shown cover the most common uses requested which includes unlimited, non-exclusive use for press releases, websites, handouts, internal company newsletters or magazines, brochures, leaflets and display prints on company premises.

Fees for uses not listed above must be agreed prior to the shoot.

PR Photography:
Up to 1 hour...............£150.00
Up to half a day..........£300.00 (Max 4 hours)
Up to 1 day................£500.00 (Max 8 hours)

To include: Time as stated, photographs edited and prepared ready for printing and supplied on a CD and/or emailed.
Please be aware that for assignments that require a long period of travelling an extra charge may be added. If an extra charge applies you will be notified at the time of the booking.

Mileage:
0-100 miles = Included in job price.
100+ miles = 44p per mile
Mileage is the TOTAL mileage covered from my office (postcode BN16 1EP) to the shoot location and the return journey. Mileage is worked out using the RAC Route Planner.

Expenses:
Charged at cost which will include parking, tolls, congestion charge, ferry travel etc.

Postage & Packing:
£3.00

Cancellation:
If a assignment is cancelled after confirmation of the booking 50% of the fee will have to be paid and within 3 days of the assignment 100%.

Prices shown do not include VAT which will be charged at the standard rate of 17.5%.
