The Decision: A "Go/No-Go" decision is made 24 hours prior to the Primary Shoot Date, based on the Met Office forecast.
The Lock-In: While backup dates are subject to real-time availability until confirmed, once the option is accepted, the date becomes contractually locked. If the assigned Creative Team is unavailable on your preferred backup date, we will propose an alternative date or a substitute Creative.
