We deliver the "Straight-out-of-Camera" unedited JPEGs of all successful shots.

Logistics & Travel:
Time: All setup, location scouting, and final pack-down times are included within your booked session hours.
Travel (London): For most Central London assignments, we apply a simple flat fee of £50 to cover parking and congestion charges.
Travel (UK-Wide): For assignments outside London, costs are calculated individually based on the project scope.
Expenses: Mileage, accommodation, and travel time are charged where applicable.
Estimates: All travel costs will be itemised clearly in your formal estimate to ensure total transparency and complete budget control before booking.

No. Unlike many photographers who charge recurring fees, our packages include Unlimited Corporate Usage. You have a perpetual license to use your images for your company website, LinkedIn profiles, press releases, and internal communications forever.
Note: As is industry standard, high-value paid advertising (such as billboards or TV/VOD) requires a separate license.

We believe in authenticity. All images undergo Standard Professional Processing (colour correction, exposure balancing, and removal of one minor blemish per image). We do not heavily airbrush skin or alter facial features as standard. We make your team look like themselves—just on their best day. However, if you require specific high-end retouching (e.g., skin softening or complex edits), we can provide Advanced Retouching for an additional hourly fee.

We aim for Visual Cohesion, not Technical Duplication. We create images that look like "siblings" to your global brand, not identical "twins." Why? Because photography is physics, not magic. Variations in your office ceiling height and ambient light make it impossible to forensically replicate a setup from a different location. If you require an exact pixel-level match, we strongly recommend re-hiring the original photographer. If you hire us, we adapt our lighting to ensure your team looks their best in your environment.

In 30 years of shooting in London, we have never come across a space we couldn't work in. We know office space is at a premium! However, the rule is simple: the more space you have, the better the experience for your team. Larger rooms allow for better lighting and that cinematic "blurred background" look. If you only have a small room, don't worry—we will still get a great shot, but your background options may be limited. Don't have a suitable office? No problem. We can source a hire studio in London for an additional fee. Once you book, send us a quick smartphone photo or video of your space, and we will plan accordingly. (Just please, no broom cupboards!)

Yes. We recommend solid colours and mid-tones (blue, grey, green) as they look professional and timeless. We advise avoiding tight patterns (like pinstripes), which can distort on screens.

Last autumn, I told you about how Repair Smart in West Sussex had asked me to come in and take some photos for their website and a marketing campaign that they were planning. Run by two brothers, Mike and Nick, it's a brilliant family business, with a tangible care for their customers.
