Our missions are managed as professional site operations. Because we commit a specialist crew, legal planning time, and high-end equipment exclusively to your date, we operate a tiered cancellation policy:

• 72+ Hours Notice: 50% of the mission fee is payable, plus all non-recoverable expenses incurred (e.g., flights, hotels, travel, or specialist permit fees).

• Less than 72 Hours Notice (or once the team has deployed): 100% of the mission fee is payable, plus 100% of all expenses and non-recoverable costs incurred.

The Skyline Solution: To help our clients manage project risk, we offer a bespoke Weather & Regulatory Contingency (calculated per assignment, starting from £650). This allows you to secure a secondary "backup" date in our calendar and provides a 24-hour "Go/No-Go" window to postpone the mission without forfeiting your primary investment.

Because we hold a CAA Operational Authorisation (OA), we manage all necessary airspace permissions and regulatory coordination for your mission. We handle the technical liaison with NATS, local Air Traffic Control units, and the Metropolitan Police where required. Please note that while we secure the aviation approvals, complex zones like Central London often require a 14–21 day lead time for the necessary clearances.

Each package includes your choice of one delivery format to ensure rapid turnaround and efficient data management. If your project requires both a graded library for immediate use and RAW log files for a long-term production, please mention this during your briefing for a bespoke quote.

While we are fully equipped to work independently (subject to your specific site rules and regulations), we highly recommend having a project representative on-site. This allows for real-time review of the angles and captures as they happen—ensuring total alignment with your vision before the mission is completed. We are PPE-ready and experienced in active industrial environments, allowing us to execute missions with zero disruption to your workflow.

Upon full payment, you are granted a Standard License (Digital Commercial License). This grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the following:

• Company Website

• Organic Social Media

• PR and Internal Corporate Use (e.g., Intranet, Press Releases)

• Digital Displays (e.g., Trade Shows). Not paid advertising.

Important Exclusions: This standard license strictly excludes Paid Advertising (e.g., TV Broadcast, Cinema, Billboards/OOH, or Paid Social Sponsored Ads) and Third-Party Merchandising or sub-licensing. These high-visibility placements require an Extended Usage License negotiation or a Full Copyright Buyout.

We operate to high-level commercial standards and are fully insured for major project environments. Our coverage includes £10 million in Public Liability Insurance and £250k in Professional Indemnity Insurance. These credentials meet the stringent safety and vendor requirements of most corporate, infrastructure, and Tier 1 construction firms. Copies of our insurance certificates can be provided upon request once your project is confirmed.

Yes. We can provide site-specific RAMS to ensure your mission meets all safety and regulatory requirements. For standard assignments, these are typically provided at no additional cost. However, we do charge for a site visit or if extended administrative planning to comply with specific site regulations is needed.

Important: If RAMS are required for your project, we must be notified at the time of booking. We cannot produce these documents the day before or upon arrival on-site. Should site access be denied because we were not notified of the need for RAMS in advance, the mission will be treated as "Cancelled on the Day," and 100% of the fee and expenses will remain payable.

Safety and regulatory compliance are at the core of every mission. We operate strictly in accordance with current Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and guidance. Under current standard UK rules, flights are typically limited to a maximum altitude of 400ft (120m) and a horizontal distance of 500m from the pilot (Visual Line of Sight). Please note that these regulations are subject to change at any time by the CAA. Our Lead Pilot manages all mission planning and maintains final authority to ensure every flight remains within the specific legal and safety boundaries applicable at the time of your mission.

Our lead visual strategist operates the camera payload to ensure cinematic precision, while a second pilot focuses entirely on safe navigation. This ensures that on demanding assignments, safety and creativity never have to compete.
