Once the editing is finished, we’ll send you a link to your private digital archive. This stays active for 30 days, giving you plenty of time to download your ‘Hero’ images, films, and social media ‘Vaults’. Because these are professional, high-resolution files, they do need a good internet connection and a bit of storage space on your end.
If you’d prefer, we can extend your archive to yearly storage for a small fee. This is a great way to build a complete brand library that you can dip into whenever you need a fresh image or clip for a post, without having to worry about your own server space. We provide a mix of polished 'Hero' shots and a larger library of images, and the editing reflects that:
Hero Images: Every image goes through our Standard Professional Processing, where we balance the colours and lighting to make sure the final result looks polished and high-quality. We also provide what we call ‘The Finishing Touch.’ This covers ‘Standard Cleaning’ to remove one minor temporary blemish per image—at our professional discretion—such as a stray mark on a wall or a temporary spot. This ensures a clean, professional finish without looking over-processed.
Brand Stock Library: These images are provided unedited. This gives you a huge volume of authentic content that your own team can use or edit as needed for your day-to-day posts.
Portraits: Our goal is to make your team look like themselves, just on their best day. For this reason, we don’t heavily airbrush skin or alter facial features as standard.
Need something extra? We can absolutely do more. If you require specific high-end work like skin softening, complex background edits, or advanced retouching, we can provide this for an additional hourly fee. We’re happy to help with any extra editing you need—just let us know and we’ll provide a separate quote.

Choosing Your Music: Choosing the right track is a specialized skill. To save you the "music library headache," we curate three professional tracks that we know will work perfectly for your brand’s tone. You simply pick your favorite.
The Edit: Once you’ve picked your track, we edit every frame to the "beat" of that music. Because of this, changing your mind and wanting a different track after the edit has started is a major structural change and will be charged as additional editing time.
The "I’ll know it when I see it" Option: If you’d like to be more hands-on or want to "dial in" a specific vision after seeing our first edit, no problem! We simply charge an hourly consultation and editing fee to work with you until the video matches your personal vision.
Reshoots & Major Changes: Please note that if your vision requires capturing new footage that wasn't part of the original plan, this will require a reshoot at an additional fee. The only restrictions are your imagination and the production investment required to make it happen.
Licensed Music: All tracks we provide are fully licensed for commercial use, meaning your videos are 100% legal for you to use on your website and social media forever.

Last autumn, I told you about how Repair Smart in West Sussex had asked me to come in and take some photos for their website and a marketing campaign that they were planning.
